The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources launched a series of training programmes for employees for a month, implementing the “Defending My Job’s Rights” workshop with the participation of 98 employees from government agencies

Held on February 2 via Microsoft Teams, the programme dealt with an explanation of the legal reference for human resources in Sharjah, which is based on the future visions of the government. 

It reviewed the grievances and complaints committee in government agencies, and introduced the participants to how employees grievance procedures are conducted.

It also explained the specialties of the supreme committee for the SDHR, the grievance mechanism, and complaints submission.
